The base commodities that we reclaim for use in these structures consist of ferrous based structural steel, non ferrous materials, and other related components.
Furthermore, with certain opportunities we prepare a comprehensive plan for the property that presents a compelling case for future adaptive physical and economic reuse within the community it serves; with the intent of job creation and economic redevelopment that is so vital to these communities.
